  • You can purchase additional time or add-on to your package.

  • Yes, you can. We ask for 48 hours notice.

  • The package fee is non-refundable.

  • We are available for meetings and phone calls during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5) and will reply during the next business day if you contact us outside these hours.

  • All materials are exchanged digitally via our user-friendly private portal. We do not accept or reply to text messages or DMs.
